Setting for ask whether to use BD menus not working [Solved]

I have noticed this option no longer works for me, it just plays the main title. If I switch to forcing it to use menus, it shows them so no issue with playing menus themselves.

Is it working for anyone else on 33?

Is it a Blu-ray disc?  Or an MKV?

this is with a full bd rip

it's working again this morning, definitely was going straight to main title last night though  ?

I will keep an eye out for it recurring (if it recurs) and get logs next time
