Not sure if this is a bug or a new feature but it is very annoying: whenever I start playing something through the WDM driver there is a popup modal dialog appearing (see attachment)
This was never the case before v33
Can I ask to remove it please, it is really annoying to see this when playing each track in Tidal and other sources too

Right click on it, settings, select "disable" and press ok. Sorted.

Just out of curiosity: was the WDM driver updated? Or only the settings were reset?

No, it's related to the new Now Playing popup feature in MC33. Matt/Craig, maybe the popup shouldn't appear for playback when using with the WDM driver?
