I've had this little problem with subtitles for a long time, which I've never been able to solve.
I would like the Italian subtitles to always be shown, but despite the various settings, the forced subtitles are shown. Only if the forced subtitles are not present, then the Italian ones are shown: are there any other settings besides those you can see in the screenshot?
