MC32 to 33 - now getting an lpc popup...

Ok, so last week I upgraded from MC32 latest, 64 bit to MC33 (33.0.18) 64-bit.  Now for some reason I get these lpc windows...  I looked and maybe I missed it but how do I turn them off.  I never had them before so I assume they are meaningless to me.  I did see some old messages when I did a search but nothing seemed relevant...

Looks like this is part of the new playing now popup.  I turned it off and so far so good.

Yes, this is part of the Now Playing popup added in MC33. The next build should have a fix where at least lpc notifications when using the WDM driver for example won't appear anymore (though in your case won't matter as you don't need and disabled the Now Playing popup).
