Linux 32 to 33.0.20 VST3 spawning issue.

FWIW, I upgraded from Linux 32 to Linux 33.0.20.

On 33 install, 32 settings were copied over including VST3 settings.

Upon running 33, multiple copies of the VST3 plugins were spawned.

I disabled the VST3 plugin in the "DSP Studio" window.

Subsequent runs, the VST3 plugin was still spawned even though the checkbox in the "DSP Studio" window was turned off.

Using "Manage Plugin-ins" to manually uninstall and install VST3 plugin appears to have restored normal functionality.  The plugin isn't launched when disabled.  Will keep an eye on it to see if there are any other manifestations.
