Correct value for Target Peak Nits

These days, after changing the lamp, I'm doing several tests, but I can't figure out what the correct values ​​are for HDR to SDR conversion.

My projector has a maximum brightness post calibration of 80 nits: is this the correct value to report in the Target Peak Nits field? And considering the not very high contrast values, is it correct to choose 5000:1 as Target SDR Contrast?

I tried to use a pattern (steps colors in HDR), but if I achieve a good result in the pattern, the result in watching a movie in HDR is not as good: could you tell me a pattern that works for me?
