Panes Sorting Above Playlists and/or Player

Thinking about switching to MC 33 and wanted to ask if panes sorting can be added above a playlist and/or player list?

Just to be clear, "panes sorting" in this question is referring to the three sorting columns (Genre,Artist,Album) at the top of the list when looking at a panes tab.

This apparently wasn't possible in older versions of MC.
