JRiver and Microsoft Store Dolby apps

On Windows, are there any use of apps/codecs like Dolby Access, Dolby Atmos for Headphones, DTS Sound Unbound, HEVC Video Extensions? Are these used by JRiver? Or is JRiver using it's own codecs? Can I uninstall these apps? (I am not gaming, so don't care about Dolby in Games)
Can someone please explain?
