I wonder if you can help?

I've read through some of the Wiki articles on Cover art and also ran some searches on the forum, but I've not found an article or post that addresses my issue.

I have a small number of albums that don't show cover art in any of the views (it's most apparent on Album View) where the musical notes used in place of the Cover Art stand out most. Without exception, the Windows folders all have a file with cover art inside. I've tried Cover Art > Add from File, but this does not make any difference.

I've also tried saving the files within my Cover Art folder, but this doesn't make any difference. I've tried this several times.

I've tried tagging the file inside the album folder or from the Cover Art folder, and while this seems to replicate the image, it disappears the next time I log back in.

Can anyone help?
