Hello,

I recently moved JRiver to a new PC and have everything working except my Room Shaper plugin.  My audio output is set to 2+4 so I can use 2.1 convolution, and when I play back Room Shaper shows "Output format not supported." 

The developer suggested it's because Room Shaper is being asked to accept, output, or both the full 2+4 signal.  As a test, I disabled convolution and set the output to only 2 channels and Room Shaper started working.  But, this is working fine on my previous device in a 2.1 (2+4) config?  I backed up settings and restored them on my new PC, so I would think if it's a channel routing/processing issue, the correct config would've been included.  Any suggestions?
