On what type of monitor do you most frequently view JRiver?
« on: January 15, 2025, 07:35:14 am »

I most frequently view JRiver on large screen televisions -- between 45" and 55"

I also work on a PC and view it on a 27" screen, but this is mainly for editing.

I don't work for JRiver... I help keep the forums safe from "male enhancements" and other sources of sketchy pharmaceuticals.

Discounting working on MC itself, I primarily use it on a TV through Theater View, and the occasional database maintenance on my normal desktop monitor - although I try to setup import rules so I don't have to do too much there.

On desktop 2x34" working JRiver on display 1 and Theater view on display 2 usually.

In various rooms we have Linux endpoints and Android tablets for JRemote or M4Media.

Mostly a 20" desktop monitor.

But I use a small laptop when traveling, which is maybe 12".

Panasonic 58" 1080P Plasma TV or 32" Samsung 1440p 1 MS GtG (144 or 165 Hz don't remember exactly) are what I use in standard view.

65" Sony LED TV with Bluetooth Keyboard and Trackball so I can operate it from 10 - 13' away.  Trackball because it sits on my Sofa arm.  A mouse just wouldn't work.

Only use Standard view as I am adding and editing and listening more than anything else.
