I've been using the Windows version for years, but recently I started playing with the Linux version on a Raspberry Pi 5.  Everything on the audio side works great; music, art, etc.  However, none of the video services show any cover art images.  It appears to be some sort of permissions issue, because if I download an image into my home directory and manually set the cover art image it works.  But "Get Movie and TV Info" will not save images.  I've attached the output of my File Locations in Options, if that helps.  I appreciate any and all thoughts.

The cover art is being saved next to the file, per your settings. So maybe your media mount location is read-only or things are working correctly but not what you expect. You should change your setting to "A specified location" if you want them to be saved in your $HOME/.jriver subdir.

Thanks for the reply.  I verified that the user running Media Center can create and delete files in the Movies directory, and configuring Cover Art to use "~/.jriver/Media Center 33/Cover Art/" doesn't work either.  However, now I notice when I try to grab cover art this (attached) shows up in my home directory.  Where are the backslashes coming from?  I have some history of running MC on Windows so maybe there are remnants in the DB, but I just deleted all the movies from the database, reimported, and the same thing happens.  I'm stumped.

If you migrated that library from Windows, you should check your platform.jmd file and make sure it says "Linux" rather than "Windows".  That is very frequently the source of the back slash problems like these.
