You were running MC32 and this was the first install of MC33 ?
If so, the issue may be with the automatic upgrade of the MC32 library.
You could try removing the Media Center 33 directory in your user account under .jriver to clear out the settings.
Then after installing MC you can start it from the command line with the switch that skips upgrading the library automatically.
mediacenter33 /SkipLibraryUpgrade
Note: you'll need to enter a MC33 license on the first run.
Then after it's running try restoring from a MC32 backup.
If that works, I'd like to get a copy of your MC32 library backup to see if I can reproduce the issue. I've had one similar report on a Mac install of MC33.
You could send it (as usual) to bob(at)jriver(dot)com
Thanks.
Ekpen:
hello
No sir:
I am not running MC32.
I jumped on MC 33, the day it was released.
Since, then, I had stayed on MC33.
I have no problem firing up MC33.56
waiting for your reply.

If it runs in MC 33.0.56 and not MC33.0.61 please send me a copy of your library at the email address above. Thanks.
