« on: January 29, 2025, 02:54:01 pm »

Could somebody please tell me why I cannot connect JRemote to my MC 32 all of a sudden? I have tried everything: reset the access key, tried with ip adresse but nothing works. Windows 11

Apple doesn't allow going backwards on Apps.
Post a screenshot of the diagnostic returned by the connection attempt on JRemote.

The 192 address is your local one.

Are you sure the server is using port 52199?  Check in Media Network settings.

Did you allow MC33 in Apple's "privacy" settings?

Thank you for trying to help me.

"The 192 address is your local one" - meaning?
The port number is right
I have searched the privacy settings on my iPhone but what should I look for?

Local network access.

There's a chance you may have to wait until a JRemote update is released from the beta channel.

Please delete the existing JRemote and re-download it from the App store (write down your settings, they will be deleted).
If that still doesn't show the local network switch in JRemote settings and it still doesn't allow local network support please respond here.
