Switched to TC made administrator and when it normally would say Access Denied it said getting required components in that same typeface and then it seemed to play the channel. It crashed on the second channel I tried but its something thanks.

Downloading required components is normal. This happens because you have been uninstalling/reinstalling MC. When playing a video MC checks for needed components and download them if not present. In this case they were most likely LAV filters that were downloaded. This will happen only once (until you uninstall again).

Crashing may be related to something else. Next time it happens, restart MC and immediately grab the log files. Send the entire package as it may contain a crash dump file.

Things seem to be working using TS which I prefer anyway and giving admin priveleges. The only problem is the app set to run as Admin always asks permission at startup will that stop the Server from launching if there is a restart, without me clicking on ok?

Does it always require administrator privileges? I suggested running it as administrator as a test, and for one time only. Normally it should not require that.
