how to see vst3 plugin after installing?

hello. I just installed two different vst3 eq plugins, and although I see them in the DSP studio, I don't see any controls to use. did I miss a step or do I need to look somewhere else to use the controls for these tools? how do you "launch" a plugin after installing? thanks!

Did you try MC33?

The equalizer I'm trying to use doesn't offer MC33. It only has VST, VTS3, AAX and AU. I tried both VST and VST3 with the same results, shows installed on left, but no tools or options too use in main panel. Is MC33 required (on Mac)? I could try finding a different plugin from some other company.
