Need help recovering DSP Studio profile

Help!

I accidently deleted the "Rock" equlaizer profile in the DSP studio and I have been unsuccessful in getting it back.  I have tried everything from recreating it to doing a complete uninstall and reinstall of MC9.  Everything I have done has failed to return it.

Any ideas?
