Is there a way to save all the Option Settings I changed?

Hello, I searched and didn't come across anything about restoring active Option changes.  I have made quite a few changes within the Options and would like to be able to restore or import many of them on a program re-install or another PC. 

Can this be done? and what are the steps?  Thanks for any helpful info on this.
