The attached Playing Now Popup demonstrates two minimalist "combined" buttons which may be of some general interest when space is at a premium.

1) Volume Up/Volume Down:  Two 1/2-width buttons combine to control volume.  For my purposes the Pause and Stop playback buttons eliminate any need for a Mute button on the popup.

2) Minimize MC/Restore MC:  Two 1/2-height buttons combine to minimize and restore the full MC window.  The icons resemble those commonly used to control any window.
    (Since posting, I changed the Tooltip to "Restore MC", which is more appropriate for MCC Command 10013)
    These are in lieu of a single toggle button, as previously requested here https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,140674.msg975673.html#msg975673.

3) The rightmost bottom button is the active Playlist and the Playback Controls are taken from the current skin, all in the usual ways.

Dimensions of the combined buttons may need some minor tweaking if it is necessary to exactly match size of the other buttons.
