Help Requested MC 32 Won't Load Correctly

I am an upgrade from MC 23.  Everything was working perfectly yesterday.  No changes since. 
I run MC on two computers on the same network and have exactly the same issue with both.  Everything else about these computers is working perfectly including connections and the rest of the network.

When I bring up MC 32 It fills up the body of MC 32 with:

"Hmmm....  Can't reach this page.
jriver.com took too long to respond.
Try checking the connection.
[Refresh]
Microsoft Edge"

And, of course nothing works.

The player should work.  It's having trouble loading a JRiver web page.  It will clear up shortly.

Try rebooting.

Rebooting has not helped yet.

When I try to reach jriver.com directly from my browser, I get:

"This site can’t be reached
www.jriver.com took too long to respond."

So I'm guessing there's a problem at your end.  Am I correct?  If so can you say when it will be fixed?

I was unaware that Media Center required a connection to jriver.com to work.  Can't understand why that is.  I thought it was free standing, relying only on my local network.

JRiver will work without a connection..  The problem should go away in the next few hours.

16 hours later and the problem persists.  Nothing has changed.

Also, still can't reach jriver.com.  Would not even be able to order Windows MC 34 upgrade as a click on the offering email will not load.

I already lost one day of music.  Nothing like this has ever happened before.  Is it just me or entire system for jriver users?  Please fix or provide better information.
