Playing now view for android3

I've been using JRemote for iOS for a long time.
I've now installed jRemote3 Android on an Android tablet.
Would it be possible to make the Playing Now view of jRemote3 look like Playing Now for iOS?

Unfortunately no, JRemote3 for Android has its own interface and layout that's different than JRemote for iOS.
