Okay, an update, with a version number (1.01) now! It adds changes ET made to the upstream ModernCards Grey/Dark skins. Hopefully those address the issues marko pointed out (don't have time to check at the moment, let me know if not!).

AD - Mica Dark and Dusk look perfect on both the Windows and Mac PC's where there is no funky texturing going on and because the Glass option/Function only works on the Windows platform they both have solid black borders.

Unfortunately the funky texturing problem is now showing up in Mica Light on the Mac - see attached image

Probably going to have to explicitly say they're Windows-only until if/when MC on those platforms supports transparency (glass).
