German Umlaute in Media Library

German Umlaute (äöüÄÖÜ) are not handled correct in the Media Library.
First regarding the sorting order. "ä, Ä" should be treated like  "a,  A", "ö, Ö" like "o, O" and "ü, Ü" like "u, U".

Libraryentrys (folders and files) containing an Umlaut could not be deleted.

Ok. I got the .90 version. Umlaute could now be handled through the Media Center. But the sorting order is still not correct.
