Maybe it is too early for this, but they crossed my mind right now, so I put them down anyway:

1) In the Help Menu have a menu item "Recommend" that opens a new mail message with a link to the MJ download web site and maybe some invitation text to have a look at it, so that a friend can immediately download a trial version!

2) What about a MJ Viewer similar to Powerpoints Pack&Go feature,  so that you can burn an image slideshow with background music and a MJ Viewer on a cd and make a present to a friend. They would be able to insert the cd and MJ9 would pop up in view mode and start a slide show or some audio show with visualisation! Then if they like it, they can upgrade to the real MJ9!
