Burning MP3s without converting WAVs to CDs...
« on: January 03, 2003, 05:57:58 am »

The Media Jukebox is new and I'm still learning how to use it. I may be a moron 'cuz I think I might have missed something simple.

I want to burn CDs with MP3s. Everytime I set it up to burn, it burned WAVs instead. What am I missing?

Thanks.

Are you saying you wanted to burn a data CD instead of an Audio CD? Have you selected data cds from the dialogue that opens when you activate the burner function?

After selecting files and sending them to the burner (right click, send to CD, etc), you then activate your burn and you should get a dialogue asking if you're burning audio or data cds. Click to select data cd, then initiate your burn. (Check to make sure that the files selected are within the capacity of your blank cd-r.)

Am responding from the office where I have no burner, so this is from memory. Hope it helps.
