MJ 9.0 and Ripping to MP3

I am trying to rip a CD into MP3 format.  When I try I get an error message that says "Cannot create plug-in "MP3 Encoder"  I can't download the plug-in to version 9 either (the download does say version 8 ).  Anyone know how to get this to work?

On the ripping dialog, click "Options" and try picking a few encoders, including "MP3 Encoder".  If it isn't there, it should download and install it then.
