Request:  Track Info Window Enhancement

Can we get an option or make it the default for the Track Info window to be 'Always On Top'?  It's really annoying to use it in the windowed mode when it keeps hiding behind the main MJ window everytime you click on MJ to change tracks (to be viewed).
