Cover Art and Lyrics
« on: October 08, 2002, 06:35:42 am »

Hi,

I'm impressed with v9 stability.  I have a few bugs which I would like to report

a) All the cover art images which I stored internally in MP3 using v8 are not viewable in v9.  I tried to use Musicmatch, and the images are still present in the MP3 file.

b) The lyrics which are stored in v8 are not visible in v9.

If you remove one of the files from the database, and then re-import it, does MJ get the info from the tag then?

Thanks.

Hi Matt,

Thank you for looking into my problem.

I notice the following

a) I can view the Lyrics and Art Cover in the track visualization when I play it.

b) In the file properties, the Lyrics is missing, and the art work shows a file name.

What I would like to see

a) The lyrics bug in the file properties when you click on a song record to show thje lyrics
b) To view the art cover at the file properties to ensure all is well.

Hi Matt,

Have you got sometime to look at the lyrics issue?

I do not see the Lyrics from the file properties, even after re-importing.  But I do see it in the visualization screen.
