This isn't exactly true. And of course Emusic is still not posting this detail up front. Though they have changed the portal some, there are still areas within Emusic that point to (their words): Unlimited downloads.

The article does go on to mention the 2000 song per month limit. I tried Buymusic.com. They have a large selection but it's expensive. There are a very few $0.79 tracks, and even more $0.99 tracks but most are $1.14 each. The album price is better than that but it's still at least 10 bucks.

was feed-up with the new e-098 music conditions..just downladed 18.000 songs in around 10 days [ hard work ,i can tell you] and BYE BYE.
Not a member anymore.

No way i would EVER buy one song at the price they offer it right now anywhere.
I still spend money on the russian site [$200 since March].
And of cause use some Hillary softwares as ,a SUPER NODE.
