DFX - Free?
friendly:
I downloaded the DFX plug-in, and it said that there was a 14-day free trial, which has run out. I was under the impression that there was a free version and an "enhanced" version that included 3-D surround sound that you could pay for. However, the website doesn't say what the difference is between the regular and the "enhanced" version, and I'm not sure if there is even a free version anymore. I'm confused...can anyone help?
Good vibes,
Eric

Try going here.

You should find your answers.

I just tried the "free" download. It's still the same time-limited evaluation version. As soon as you start MC it bugs you to register and enter your email address, etc.
It would be nice if they told you this was going to happen on the web site.

Yes it would. You may like the MC DirectX plug-in . . . it is free (and so are some very nice effects you can find on the net . . . compressor, parametric eq, etc).
mrsnarky:
LisaRCT - I have the MC DirectX plugin! I wasn't sure about where to get effects for it. Do you have any suggestions?
