Bios finder issue

(1/2) > >>

udeups:
I've used Bios finder successfully for quite a while and have loved it! However, over the past couple weeks, it has stopped working for me. By that, I mean that it won't find bios for any artist anymore. I've tried having it look for even the most common artists like Creed, REM, etc. No dice. I recently looked at All Music Guide and noticed that they changed the way they format the bios on an artist's page. Could this be the source of my problem, or is something not configured right? I have tried this with version 0.0.2 of Bios Finder. I'm still using MC 9.0.180. Do I need to upgrade to 9.1 for this to work? All of the KingSparta's other plugins work fine for me in 9.0. Any thoughts anyone?

KingSparta:
it maybe the way they have there web page.

I will look at it, to see if i can see whats going on.

KingSparta:
0.0.3 is up for download.

when you use it you may need to clear your artist not found list.

I only tested it with one artist so let me know if you have any more problems.

udeups:
great! thanks King. I'll try it tonight when I get home and let you know.

LisaRCT:
I have a question dear King  :-)

Why don't the bios info that I collected with your bios finder plugin (and which is stored in my filetags) show up in the Track Info window displays when they have a display for bios?
For instance, Blue O'Clock & Classic O'Clock.  I am aware that others simply have a hyperlink to websites for bio info, this brings up an empty bio info within the template.

Is yours in a different field?

btw, posted to his thread on this matter as well
