I decided to poke around a bit bit MJ8 and got into the customization of it. My question is, is there a file that contains all the variables that are used elsewhere in the program. For example, the web media section references the page http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/stations/stations.pl. Is there file that contains where that would point to? And / or does anyone know where a copy of that script could be had?

Nope, that stuff was never documented because it's hard coded into the program.
