Long time user, few time poster. I don't know but I'd like to remedy this.

When ever I attempt to play a DVD, it starts & goes through to to the menu of the DVD, but it'll crash after a few seconds into the movie & after-wards I get this error:

AppName: media jukebox.exe    AppVer: 9.1.286.0    ModName: nevideo.ax
ModVer: 1.1.7.15    Offset: 0003357c

I use WinXP Home
PowerDVD 5 Software installed (& it works) on a NEC ND-1300A Drive, that by the way came with no software.
