Since I have my Creative ZEN mp3 player I'm try to find a good Media Manager which I could use to make a library, download/upload mp3 files from/to MP3 player from HDD and the Audio-CD's and MP3-CD's.

So far I could not succeed to do such things:

1) Copy directly the MP3 from data (mp3) CD to my MP3 player:

2) Rename a labels in the "Media Library" for removable media (CD's):

These two things are the major ones which makes my life very difficult. I already posted one of these problems some time ago (Subject: Making a MP3 library from CD's) but so far I don't see any new version of the MJ8 which could solve these problems.

Is somewhere a place where I could get some support for these prblems?

I'm asking because except of this forum there is no place in this website where some support e-mail address can be found.

If the latest build (399...and it's plugins) are a no go, then that won't change...ever (development has moved on to Media Center 9.1). Backup your license and library to a safe place then try out the 30 day trial located here...

Partially you are right - the MC9 is very good, but I'm still dissapointed that I have to pay $20 more for the things which I don't need because MJ8 was not fixed.
But looks like I have no better choice.
