i just bought an rca lyra rd1080. it is recognized by my comp. i have win ME pent III 1000mhz 127 ram and cant get it to play any wma only mp3. ive tried rca website and very displeased with their crappy service. the player came with MUSICMATCH jukebox, but they refuse to answer my questions because i did not purchase their plus program. THEY SUCK!!   they supposedly have a pluggin for the lyra in plus.       i am writing mediajukebox because i am considering just buying a ripper/encoder prog to make all my cds mp3 so i can transfer them and listen. does mediajukebox support my player? and is it a pain in the balls to use if it does?

Unfortunately we do not support the RCA Lyra. We have contacted them many times, but they are disinterested in working with us.
