Can't rip CDs

I  can  not  open  the  settings  box  located  within  the  ADVANCED  CD  RIPPING  SETTING  box.  Could  this  be  the  problem  ?

No, that's normal. The only copy mode that has settings available is the Analog mode. Could you describe the problem you are having with CD ripping and post your system info (from MC's help menu) to this thread?
Also, if you're running Windows XP or 2000, are you logged in with administrator privilege?
