Zen xtra plug-in
« on: November 11, 2003, 08:55:24 am »

Apologies if this has been covered before, I did search but didn't find exactly what I wanted.

I saw in another thread that the Zen xtra works well with MC9 but I don't see a plug-in for it on the download page.

Do I just use the plug-in for the Zen NX instead?

The Zen NX plugin will work fine for you. I will modify the webpage so this is more clear.

Hi imjustagamer,

Yes it's the new 60gb, but I've just ordered it from the on-line store. I should have it in a week or so (I live in Switzerland) so I'll let you know what I think then.

Buellie,

How are you trying to create the Playlist? Right clicking on Playlist item in tree and selecting 'Add Playlist'? What version of MC 9?

Did you try right clicking on Nomad Jukebox and select 'Synchronization' . Try this and check the playlist you want to synch.

The Sync Method Works
But If The Files Are Already On The Nomad And You Try To Copy To A Playlist MC Crashes

Question Unrelated
In MC Under Playlistst (Left Tree)
There Is
Auto Smartlists (music)
Auto Smartlists (video & images)
recently played
top hits

Any Way To Rid Of These For Good?
Appreciate The Help

I still cannot duplicate (and then fix) this. If I right click on files at the root level of Nomad, and then select 'Add files to Playlist' and then select an existing playlist, everything works fine.

I did make some modifications today to the Plugin that affect Playlists, so if you are still having problems, please try redownloading the plugin (v 9.0.28).

In regards to getting rid of those tree playlists for good, right click on them and choose delete.

Double check under Help->About that you have version 302 or later. Older versions (a few months ago) would have not allowed you to do this, but any of the newer versions should. I can delete them fine with 302.

Buellie,

If you go to the MJ 8 Plugin page, there is a plugin for Nomad Jukebox /Zen.
