Jim....back to my TiVo HMO problems and "unexpected errors"....does this build potentially address that problem?  (If you remember, I was the one with all the HMO "unexpected errors" on a PII/Win98 system)

What, exactly, got fixed in Media Server?

Bug:
1. With Internal Volume set, the Stop playback options for Fadeout  are terribly slow (fast=slow, normal=slower and slow=slowest)

1) Configure Playing Now to show the "Filename (path)" and "Filename (name)" fields.

2) Add a stream to Playing Now, such as this one, which will (for the moment, anyway) appear as:

http://64.236.34.196:80/stream/1011/ (path)

-and-

~~~stream~~~.mp3 (name).
3) Try changing the value of the "Filename (name)" field.  The change doesn't take, and the "Filename (path)" and "Filename (name)" fields are both totally cleared out.
I've got a few video files that don't play back correctly.
MC was reporting the length fine. But when I played them, MC's player bar reported the length as being much shorter than it really is. If I let it play normally, it would get to the end of the progress bar and then the video would stop, but the audio will keep going. For instance, this one video is 8 minutes long. The player bar says  1.5 minutes. If I let it play for 1.5 minutes, the picture stops, but the audio keeps going for another 6.5 minutes.
Here's the even weirder part. If I drag the position slider, the video picks  up in the proper place wherever I happen to set it. The time display always bases itself on 1.5 minutes (in this example), so the time is never really right, but I can get to the rest of the video by dragging the slider.
It's really weird, and it's happening to a lot of video files. Anybody else seeing anything similar?
Infinite loop found.
Install an interface plugin, e.g. the excellent PlayingNow :D, then delete the physical .DLL file.
When MC starts up it says "Interface Plug-in'Playing Now' could not be found or created." (notice no space between Plug-in and the single quote).
Click on ok.
Open up the plugins treeview entry and click on PlayingNow.   You get the same error but when you OK the messagebox it re-appears then re-appears, etc, etc.
You cannot get back to MC.
If you try to exit MC via the system tray "Exit" menu item then MC crashes.
Got a very nasty reboot as soon as setup was finished !
Any chance to get the tag info and the image underneath in the action window ?
This way We Could easily edit the track/album info and picture without having to switch between the 2 everytimes *?!
Still I LOVE MC !!!!
