dateimported= in smartlist?
« on: November 20, 2003, 12:32:52 am »

MC Help under "Smartlist & Search Rules & Modifers" lists dateimported= under the allowable keywords.  But if I try to use it, it appears unsupported.  In fact, I tried the simplest possible use: a smartlist with the rule verbatim from the help doc, "dateimported=<=10080".  When I enter it, it doesn't get converted to a canonical form and underlined like other terms do.  And I notice the Wizard technique doesn't do any better: the "Add Rule" menu item doesn't seem to have anything that sounds like import date.  Is it supposed to work? You need to put date imported within parantheses - [Date imported].  Also note the space between date and imported.  If using the wizard use Add Keywords instead of Add Rule.

Thanks.  So I guess the help file is just out of date.  It also lies about the units -- it says seconds, but reality seems to be minutes.
