Copy Protection Problem? - Foo Fighters

Foo Fighters new DVD called Everywhere But Home appears to have copy protection and will not not even play using MC.  I get the following error trying to play it:

Key exchange for DVD copy protection failed.  Can't playback this DVD-Video Disc.

It does play using my ATI All-in-Wonder Media software and on my regular DVD player.  However, it won't play using MC or Media Player.
