burning process gets stuck
« on: December 03, 2003, 05:49:42 pm »

I just purchased the full version of mj8 today.  It converted the audio cd files I had to 64 mbps mp3 nicely.  I had 26 such files that I then wanted to burn onto a cd.  I added them to the burn window and it showed that they would take up about 22% of the available space on my 80 min. cd-r.  I started the burn process and the status display came up and updated until it got to about the 20% mark of the first file.  From then, I let it run for over an hour.  It indicated it was still working, but the status remained unchanged.  I quit the process and restarted it, but the same thing happened again.  I then opened the files in realone player and burned them onto a cd in under three minutes.  What can I do to get the burn feature to work on MJ8 now that I have paid for it?

DL and install latest ASPI (4.71.2) from the Adaptec site.
Make sure your running latest build of MJ (8.0.400).
