Hi

I've tried on about 4 occasions to download v 8 from the site today and have had no success (one time I got the thank you e-mail).   I previously had 7.x loaded but uninstalled it due to problems with my Lyra (now returned).  I had bought the upgrade to 7.x and still have the license.

I am running on Freeserve Broadband (ADSL) - which tells me that I have downloaded over a 9Mb file and the download screen changes to a blank web page (apart from a tiny windows-type logo/box in the top left-hand corner) - but this page tells me nothing more and nothing else happens!

I have tried searching for mediajukebox8.exe on my system but can't find it.  Any ideas?  Could it be anything to do with security settings?  Help - am desperate to get back to using it and get rid of MusicMatch Jukebox.

Are you using IE?

Yes 6.0 with SP1

Did you try the "Click here if you're having trouble downloading." link just below the download button?  It's on this page: www.mediajukebox.com/download .

You may have a networking problem somewhere.  Security may be screwed down too tight.

Also IE has a bug that could affect this.  Try IE/Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete files.

Tried the other link the first time as well as now.  Have cleared down the temporary files and still no joy.  Am not on a corporate network so it shouldn't be that.  Am at Medium security on IE.  Any chance you can just e-mail me?

Further update.  Went to Temporary Internet files after last download and can find the .exe but when I click on it it eventually takes me back to blank web page: ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/MediaJukebox8.exe

Although it does show that it is a 9MB file??

8.84 megs i just downloaded it from the link you provided.

Right - but is there anything you can do to help?  Why not just email me the file?

All that's happening is the same thing as before - so at least it's being consistent.
