I just purchased the plus features for Mediajukebox, but it does not have the features that I need.  So, I would like to be refunded the purchase price.

From What I Have Seen In The Past 4 Or So Years, J River Does Not Normaly Give Refunds (If Ever).

You Had A 30 Day Trial To Test The Program To See If It Was What You Wanted.
