burn listening test--how long?

To test a mp3 cd burnt with MC by listening

Do I need to burn a full cd?
Or just to put 2 or 3 albums on it would have the same problems , or problem -less, that burning a cd to his full possibility?

Look like i have problem with the 'auto-notification' stuff
