If I do an import media on the root of my media drive, for instance added new media (songs or videos), when it sees the m3u files, it will add them to the existing play list.

What I mean is when MC sees an m3u in the folder, it doesn't either realize it is a duplicate and ignore, nor does it create a new playlist.  It appends the songs in the new playlist to the existing playlist.  So when I look at my playlist for NIN's Broken, it has songs 1-7, then repeats them for 8-14.
