Handheld Devices

I have two handheld devices that I use regularly. One is the Otis that comes from Audible.com (on-line books) and the other is an old Diamond Rio 500. Media Center does not recognize either device at the moment. I was wondering if they are working to expand the listing of supported devices to include these though I realize there are many other brands out there that could use support as well. ?

We do not support the Otis (unless it is either WMDM compatible or visible to your PC as a removable or fixed drive. We do support the Rio 500. Go to the Plugins page and get the Rio 500 Plugin and then we should recognize it.
