Hi all:
Since I have MC 9.1 (latest update) I wanted to utilize it to manage my Nomad Zen Xtra (30gb). I downloaded the 9.0.31 plugin from the MC web site and it seems to communicate with the zen just fine (I'm currently using RedChair software for the zen) except in one area: uploading files to the zen. The plugin "sees" the zen, connects to it, and it even allowed me to delete all tracks from it - over 3,000. However, whenever I try to upload to it, the copy phase hangs with zero % done and I must cancel out of the upload to regain control.
I'm encoding to the zen with setting of WMA at CBR of 96 from WMA files at VBR 128. I know everything on my system is fine as I can use RedChair with no problems what-so-ever.
Any clues as to what may be happening? I restarted both MC and the PC after installing the plug-in.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks - dennis
