Restoring Default Schemes
« on: January 12, 2004, 12:13:55 pm »

For some reason, the expander + buttons have disappeared beside my Artist scheme list.
I suspect it is something I did when playing with Schemes in order to get genres but I can't it back.
How do you restore default schemes without reinstalling?

Right-click on Media Library -> Reset All View Schemes

You can edit the scheme with Right-click > Edit View Scheme.  I think you're looking for the "Populate tree" option.

Thanks for quick reply but nothing changed.
I had already tried to reset all View Schemes to Default without success.

Under Media Library, I only have one scheme...Genre/Album Artist (auto)Album.
That doesn't allow me to view my music via my primary method...Artist/Album

I know I used to be able to do that all the time.

How do I get it back?

MC 9.1.316

Thanks

With MC 9.1, click on the pane headers (labeled Artist, Album, etc.) to customize the view scheme.

You can create new schemes with the Edit > Add View Scheme menu.
