Cant record (9.1 with pvr250)

I have a comp with radeon 7500, pvr-250, and is running a PAL signal.....everything works fine except when i try to record from tv-tuner (cannot build graph....etc etc). And YES i have already tried the things in the FAQ, but that doesnt work!!! Help Anyone???
