That could be a feature of your video driver.  Try updating it.

Double click tells MJ to go to full screen.  If you can get to full screen though the menu, check the settings for it.  Right click on the screen and go to display/fullscreen/and the options for it.  Try "desktop resolution".

changed full screen res to match current monitor settings.
That seems to do the trick
